A frame
around the light.
A window is a threshold, not a hole in a wall. We build openings that hold poise — frames that protect, connect, and let the light stay.
Every house we work on starts with a conversation about light — how it enters, where it rests, what it illuminates, and what it lets recede. Windows are the instrument of that conversation.
We engineered our four systems to disappear into the architecture they serve. The frame should hold the view without competing with it. The hardware should work with single-finger effort for forty years. The glass should do its job silently — keeping weather out, keeping warmth in, letting the garden breathe through.
“A threshold held with poise — an opening that protects, a frame around the light, calm enough to stay closed and confident enough to open.”
Four engineered systems.
Where the frames live.
Six things every frame delivers.
Our 38mm DGU acoustic laminated specification reduces external noise by up to 42dB — from the roar of a main road to the quiet of a library.
Tested to 600 Pascal water pressure. Every frame is sealed with EPDM gaskets and pile seals at all four faces — no water ingress in any Indian monsoon condition.
Triple-brush pile sealing on all sliding frames. Tested in Delhi winter conditions — the fine dust that defeats standard profiles stays outside.
All systems are rated to Zone C wind loads as per IS 875 Part 3 — covering the highest-wind coastal and hill-station sites in India.
Grande Entry and Casement systems come standard with multi-point espagnolette locking. Anti-lift blocks on all sliding systems.
Ten-year structural warranty on all frame profiles. uPVC profiles are UV-stabilised and impact-modified for Indian climate conditions.
Every door opens a story.
Every window frames a dream.
